Move over chicken adobo!!!!
My favorite, Adobo Pusit (Squid) hails from Barrio Fiesta in Milpitas, CA. I have dreams of this Adobo Pusit. Aromatic, tender, sweet, sour and salty all at the same time. The squid has a forward, sturdy flavor that marries well with white rice. Sip on a deep red wine to help flavors linger. ($10.95)
*My favorite part of the meal? An American couple there with their two small kids eating pancit, garlic chicken and sinigang. Awesome!
